This machine fits to distill, sterilize, and clean the liquid with density below 50%,low viscosity, with little impurities. It adopts pressure closed sterilization, with little sterilizing liquid cost, good sterilizing quality,and high efficiency. The sterilization part is made up of nine layer of filter board, with large filter area, big flow; the filter film can be changed according to the different production process(first filter, half fine filter,and fine filter)on the liquid, and the layer of filter board can be added or reduced according to the flow, so to make it fit to production, so to ensure one machine with multi-function, and wide usage. The filter board adopts plane screw net pattern, with advanced pattern, non-distortion, easy clean, so to prolong the service life of filter of filter films, so to reduce the cost and save energy. The fitting of this machine is stainless steel liquid transfer pump, with little motor, saving electricity.
