Construction features ●Reasonable air blow design ensures the right direction of hot wind inside the tower. ●Multi-tornado dispenser and powder catching design make up with low efficiency of catching powder and inside tower unsteadiness for bags catching powder, complex operation and maintain, and hardness to dispense the tiny powder. ●New air hammer is fixed to the tower wall and tornado dispenser, with vibrating force and vibration cycle controlled by controlling appliance and adjustable, which solves the problem of powder attaching to the tower wall, long attached powder heating time, and unevenly making powder, so to increase the quality and make it an advantage for vibrating flow bed work normally. ●Multi-spraying gun recycle the tiny powder exhausted from the tower and flow bed to tower top and multi- spraying gun, which realizes frog drop and tiny powder gather as unit, the powder with agglomeration construction, without tiny powder, increases the instant dissolving capacity of the products. ●The cooling machine in the tower top avoids the powder to attach the tower top and dense liquid transferring pipe, nor stop the spraying gun. ●The heater adopts SUS304 material, with high heat transfer, large surface to give up heat ,high anti-pressure, which saves energy and increases product quantity and product quality
